DIE KRUX is the alter ego of musician and producer Timo Xanke from Osnabrück. After graduating from the renowned Popkurs at the University of Music and Theatre Hamburg in 2015 and studying at the Institute of Music at Hochschule Osnabrück, Timo established himself as a sought-after producer and songwriter, working behind the scenes with artists such as Jupiter Jones, The Night Game, and Tujamo.
With his debut single “Toxisch”, he made a striking entrance into the German music scene with over 100k plays on Spotify. His sound blends folktronica with personal German lyrics, drawing inspiration from international artists like Bon Iver and The 1975, defining a fresh take on German indie pop.
